OurWritingGroup.com is a company offering writing groups the opportunity to have their own dedicated website where they can post work and receive feedback, access a wide range of useful information relevant to improving their craft and getting published and interact with other writing groups

Writing Groups: €15.00 per member per year
Virtual Groups: €15.00 per member per year (members of Writing Groups registered with OurWritingGroup can join Virtual Groups for free)

Price is inclusive of VAT and hosting charges.

Yes. Each member of a writing group has a completely secure private area called ‘My Home’ where they can post work and edit it without anyone else being able to see it. Writing Group sites are viewable by anyone, but only members of the writing group can post work and make comments. The same applies to the OurWritingGroup master site, where only members of writing groups that have signed up for their own sites can post work and make comments.

Yes. You can join as part of a Writing Group and as an individual to any of the Virtual Groups. Members of Writing Groups registered with OurWritingGroup can join Virtual Groups for free.

Your own private Writing Group website, where the members of your group can post work to their private 'My Home' page for editing and polishing, elect to post work to the group's site for feedback from other members of the group, post local and general news, events and competition notifications, start forum discussions, write blogs and build resource information. You also get the facility to collect the work of your group into book form online with covers and tables of content.

Your private site links to a master site, where your writing group's members can access news, events and competition notifications, resources (such as listings of writing courses, writing festivals, literary agents, books on writing, tips on getting started, markets for fiction and poetry and other useful sites), and quizzes and polls uploaded by the editor of the master site. Members of your writing group can also elect to post work from their private Writing group website to the master site, where members of other writing groups can offer feedback. You also get the facility to link collections of your groups work to the master site for other groups to view.
